HAMLIN Portrait Watches Return Policy & Warranty

Returns
All items in your order can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. However, items that have been personalized with engraving are not returnable unless there are mistakes in the spelling of the messages. The watch will be repaired or replaced (at the sole discretion of the Service Center) free of any charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship.

Our goal is to make you happy with your personalized watch. Warranty
Your HAMLIN Portrait watch has a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions discussed below:

The electronics contained in this watch case include the watch movement, hands, and dial and are included under this warranty. This guarantee is extended to the original purchaser or gift recipient against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions as determined by the manufacturer.

This warranty does not apply to the batteries, band, or face crystal, and does not cover damage incurred through abuse, misuse (such as water immersion unless specifically marked with water resistance) or severe shock, mishandling, negligence, accident, unauthorized alteration or repair, commercial use, or use in violation of operating instructions.

The HAMLIN Portrait warranty covers material and manufacturing defects if the hinged watch case has any problems related to its initial presentation. The watch will be repaired or replaced (at the sole discretion of the Service Center) free of any charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship.

A $12.50 return shipping and handling fee applies to all warranty work . See directions in your HAMLIN Portrait booklet for packing the watch and mail it to:
